Yes some how the reservation was messed up. I asked for a king bed on the ground. But they had it as 2 queens on the second floor. So I ended up paying $30 more. I am a little upset with that.

I grew up here. I don't recommend it for anything. The construction and traffic are out of hand and there are no entertainments close by. Orange Park used to be Tree City and a bird sanctuary. It was pretty. It's pretty disgusting, now. I went to see family who is still there. Otherwise, I avoid it.

Staff was friendly helpful and professional . Many restaurants were available, gas stations, grocery stores. The outside pool appeared well maintained. No bugs or mold in the room also the bathroom was very clean. Parking was just under the room I stayed in but the hotel has security cameras. The surrounding areas also were safe.

Awful condition from the outside to the inside with the roaches and swelling cigarette order in the room. I paid for a room but because of time constraint slept in my car showered at the Gym to make my flight the next afternoon.

my aunt and I stayed 2 nights for a memorial service. we weren't tourists. but we took a walk from hotel and found residents to be very social and pleasant. after service we went to Miller's ale house on wells rd and had delicious food. people there were exceptional!
it’s a fantastic Hampton Inn and convenient for my work - but my room smelled so smoky from old cigarette smoke I slept for 2 hours and had to leave it was so nauseating. It was supposed
to be a non smoking room. Such a bummer that
guests don’t follow the rules and make stays bad for other. Maybe there are scent sensors
you can install to alert the hotel that someone is smoking.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Being that housekeeping was not available at all times, you could switch out your towels and linens as often as you needed without any hassle.
Whatever the smell was in the hallway could not be smelled in the room. Staff did what they could to eliminate this issue by cleaning the carpet and spraying air freshener.
The only thing positive was the front desk staff. Very friendly and professional. They belong in a higher end hotel. I was scheduled to stay two nights but could only stay one night because of the noise and rowdy guests. I booked through booking.com and was unable to get refund.
Stayed at property twice before and it was fine; this last time the room and sheets had an very unpleasant odor, like sulfur. Don’t know what the problem was; but I was in a few weeks later and I chose another hotel because of this issue
The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was clean and convenient to everything. Everything we needed was right there. Bed was comfy and love that they use Paul Mitchell for toiletries.
The room was big enough. The location was very good. Orange park is near the downtown, 15 minutes. Easy to arrive from airport. And easy to drive to st. Augustine. Kind and pleasant stuff.
nothing needs maintenance and attention very bad condition very disappointed if I knew this I would never stay at this hotel the rate for hotel should be 2 stars
Happy clerk, joker, loved it. Though he wouldn’t take the monkeys in my back seat (kids) lol. Convent and walkable to Cracker Barrel. Just behind hotel.
